Roasted Spiced Nuts
Nuts provide a good source of protein in a plant-based diet and should be incorporated as part of a healthy lifestyle. Nuts and seeds offer a healthy source of fatty acids (omega-3, omega-6), which can boost the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients. They contain Vitamin E and a variety of important minerals, especially when dry roasted.
