Cooking is like love. It should be entered into with abandon, or not at all.
— Harriet von Horne
+Man, though made of body and soul, is a unity. Through his very bodily condition he sums up in himself the elements of the natural world. Through him they are thus brought to their highest perfection and can raise their voice in praise freely given to the Creator. For this reason, man may not despise his bodily life. Rather he is obliged to regard his body as good and to hold it in honor since God has created it and will raise it up on the last day.

“The world can be changed meal by meal, table by table, home by home, parish by parish, community by community.”

T+T Mission
Meeting the needs of a starving culture.
Our culture is starving...we are starving for community, for value and literally for nutrients, for real food. Hunger is basic, the need for food is basic, so nutritious food becomes a leveling tool and an evangelization opportunity.
Temple and Table combines theological discussion with practical nutrition. It is a meeting of the physical and spiritual. The spirit and the body were never meant to be separated...Temple and Table celebrates the deep connection between them!
